Tried to call and place order and it was unable.
I bought an HID headlight kit that said “plug and play.” Now, obviously, nothing is plug and play in this world so I knew there were going to be some issues. Took it to a car stereo shop and they were able to install them, after 14 HOURS OF WORK! I was shipped a bad bulb and a bad ballast. So I had to spend more money on new parts that cost me more than the actual headlights in the first place! You make it impossible to buy a gift and have it sent to a friend, since you require that the shipping and billing address be the same. Dumb!
Seemed like they didn’t want to help very much only interacted cuz they’re payed to do so
If you are shopping to different address than your billing if out of state use PayPal or your order will get canceled.
Ordered a set of tail lights from Pro Tuning Labs. Arrived with a cracked lens and putt it on my truck. That was my mistake but I contacted them the next morning and told them of the damaged tail light, They told me they would not replace it because I put it on. Why does that matter,they cant sell it anyway. I glued the piece on and now it hyper blinks and I get error messages. The customer service representative I just spoke with, wouldn't or wasn't able to look up the replacement bulbs for the specialty kit we ordered from them 6 months ago. When I asked if maybe they could look that up for me he said maybe I should just wait for my husband to get home so he can look under the hood for me. Thanks ****, and I will go order those replacement bulbs from someone else, now.
Need faster shipping.....
Purchased headlights, rear taillights, third break light and LED lights from this company. My shipping address was incorrect and I own that part, the address on the invoice was very close. Somehow the package managed to get delivered by FedEx, and after checking the box, found the order incomplete. I was missing the third brake light and the LED lights.
