I purchased TWO Christmas gifts for my son in November. Installed a few months after. 1st they forgot to include parts and made me pay for shipping. Now BOTH cheap products are broken and seller says, "too bad" can help you. This is a horrible way to be treated for choosing to do business with a company. This company won't stand by its products. They stole money from me. Air Intake won't seal and trips check engine light and LED headlight burned out after 10days use.
Emailed asking for a refund because the product doesn't fit my truck. I need to take pictures and explain myself for a $50 product. Still haven't heard anything nor will I ever buy from them.
First I purchased th 6000k hid headlamps because they say crystal white and I get them and they're blue. I do some research and find out that 6000k is blue and I needed to get 4300k. Then the light output sucks, I was getting more out of my crappy halogen headlamps. I purchased led lights and paid to have them installed so I could have white lights that I could actually see down the road. Paid $150 for the lights and install. Ordered a Cold Air Intake from this company. I received the product when stated I would and was packaged well. With no evident issues with anything being damaged, I of course installed to part only to find that it does not fit well leaving a gap between the filter and the housing which of course caused my truck to throw a code within just minutes. We purchased LED headlights, tail lights and fog lights for our Ford F350 Super Duty truck in mid-January. After paying for professional installation to ensure we did everything correctly, the large Halo in one of the headlights was out. After many, many email exchanges requesting a return authorization, the techs decided a new CCFL inverter was the fix. The part did finally fix the problem. Purchased Headlights for my BMW which came with HID bulbs, they didn't last more than 8 months before they died, the warning canceler blew up. They replaced the ballasts and the bulbs, but i had to pay the shipping cost for each piece. And the canceler wasn't replaced. The return time wasn't that bad. It's just that if you advertise 1yr warranty, it should be replaced free of charge especially if you spend $500 for headlights. And i know shipping for a small pouch doesn't cost $24
Only place I have ordered parts from and it over a week to get from LA to Portland and I still haven't gotten them parts are priced good but if you need your parts right away probably better to go somewhere that can get your stuff to you on time
We purchased a set of headlights for my son's truck for Christmas. They arrived on time and were packaged nicely. Two weeks after we had them professionally installed two of the smaller LED bulbs that are around the perimeter of the assembly stopped working. I contacted Pro Tuning Lab and told them what happened. I sent all the required pictures of the headlight, the box it was shipped in and even a picture of the headlight assembly. Bought Bright LED Tail Lights - Smoked By Spyder1 for my son for chirstmas. The first set I bought the mounting tabs broke. Contacted them about it, they told me to send them back( me paying for the shipping 40 bucks later) they sent me a new set. Installed the 2nd set 2 weeks ago, 2 days later, the night time driving when out. Contacted them again, and they told me they would charge me $60 for shipping there and back. The tail light cost $140.00. Will never buy anything from them again!!!!!!
