First off thank god I researched this protuninglab company otherwise i feel I'd probably find myself like some here out hundreds no thank you I will pass the clearance price and product I was interested in seemed to good to be true anyhow cheap parts seems most likely anyhoo this buyer will be very aware of this site and not order here smart shoppers beware the positive comments if I'm being completely frank. Seem fake untrustworthy but to each there own

The cat back exhaust system hit at the front sway bar ,the center cross brace and the rear frame. Thus i removed it and put the stock back on.

Placed an order 2/15 and told would ship 3-5 business days. 13 days later no contact so called and sat on hold 15-20 min then got rude rep who said it had been on back order. Spoke to SUV and told him about rude rep and listened to backorder story and apology for no notification. He never brought up the rude rep so I reminded him and he said oh I'll talk to him. Definitely not going to be repeat customer.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I received a defective pair of headlights (that I also purchased the extra insurance for) they did not replace my headlights for 1 YEAR and the only reason I got them is because I had all the email proof that I was talking to them for a year trying to replace them...I RECEIVED THEM DAMAGED and they made me pay $100 to ship the new headlights and put a $200 hold on my account and they will not give my $200.00 back because they say that the time expired. The listing stated "09-17" and when I contacted Pro Tuning they confirmed and sold me the Spyder LED, very cool I might add, lights. When I called after discovering they wouldn't work they directed me to Spyder and they informed me these were from "09-14". WTF....poor marketing research "not so" Pro Tuning...

I ordered fender flares for my truck,paid $200. 00 when they arrive they dont fit. I called to find out what to do. I,was then told,I, not them ordered the wrong ones and,I,would have to send them back myself. After searching everywhere possible shipping was $300 plus with ups, $220 with fedex and the item was too large for the post office. I called the company, they refused to pay for shipping. Poor customer service, rarely answer the phone, don't follow up on emails. The headlight kit I ordered was wired for a different truck and the ballasts did not work altogether. There were also no instructions in the kit. These guys are the definition of a one star rating.

The think that caught my eye was your prices are unbeatable, but it doesn't make up for the lies & unwilling to work with someone. The parts I bought said they bolt right on without any modifying & when I asked to swap them out for the right ones or get my money back, she told me I would be out 20% if I paid for shipping or 30% if you paid, either way, that's not right or worth it. I mean hell they could have been damaged on the trip back.

I ordered a part for my vehicle, I received an e-mail stating that it should ship within 48 hours. I waited a few days and no notification it had shipped so I e-mailed them to ask for a status update and received nothing. A couple days later without any reason why, my credit card was just refunded the money. I immediately e-mailed them to ask what happened. Their response was the no longer had the item nor an estimated time frame of when it would be back in stock.
