HID-2LHP-MST99JM-TM I only gave 2 stars because the ordering processes was pretty easy, and they shipped fairly fast and my product was packaged real well. I ordered HID Projector headlights for my 2001 mustang gt. I got it in the mail, opened the box, although I was impressed with the packaging, Not a SHRED Of paperwork in the box. No Invoice, no Wiring diagram, No Instructions of ANY Sort. I ordered a set of headlights and they sent me the wrong ones. Completely did not fit and wrong headlights. The picture shown was not what I received. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from this company. I was told I have to pay a restocking fee for the wrong item they sent after I sent a picture of what was portrayed and what was recieved. That's sorry customer service.
Bad return process, rude customer service
I attempted to order HID bulbs 3 times but all 3 attempts were unsuccessful... I initially ordered the full unit but there was an issue with the manufacturer (clearly not your fault). Then I ordered the HID bulbs and installation kit for a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe but the bulbs did not fit. I attempted to order another set of HID bulbs and again they did not fit the car... My cold air intake did not come with instructions so I was left to figure it out on my own. Once installed it made no difference in sounds or quality compared to the stock intake system.
Ordered fender flares for my 2005 Ford F-250 according to their website and the don't fit but the paper work inside the box also said they would fit so called them and they told me to ship them back and they would refund my money so took them to ups I paid 195.00 for them and the return shipping would cost me 185.00 to return them which I don't think is fair being its. Not my fault wrong parts were sent I just want the ones that do and they could ship me a return label to get the wrong ones back thanks d forman
Customer service is great but do they practice what they preach...No, I ordered some bulbs on 1/11/17 and the was delivered on time I was impressed but they was the wrong color then when I called they asked a series of questions pertaining to the bulbs and when I told them that the wrong bulb was sent they tried to insult my knowledge of automotive after being an MASTER ASE TECH for 26yrs..... so once they realized that the wrong bulb was sent they were supposed to had sent the correct bulb and it's been 10 days and still ha... read more
ProTuningLab was fast with shipping, but when our product arrived it was broken. After a series of emails back and forth, they said the manufacture said they were not going to support the return of the product. ProTuningLab basically told the manufacture to take a hike and gave us the return!
I ordered a 50" curved light bar and it took forever to receive this product. I contacted FEDEX with the tracking number and was advised it was turned over to the USPS. This although was beneficial for the vendor it sucked for me, the customer. Since Pro Tuning Labs don't ship to P.O. Boxes and we don't have local mail delivery our local post office returns everything without a post office box number.
