I wish I would have read the reviews before buying anything. I bought headlight assemblies for my Honda S2000. I've done electrical work for twenty years and installed them at my mechanics shop. He suggested sending them back from the start. He has people calling him all the time for the same problems. I recently ordered new headlights for my Nissan Altima and when they arrived they looked awesome but my right side was cracked.
...for not checking the reviews first. I ordered a grill for my truck, it arrived via UPS and the box was damaged. The driver made a note, and I checked the item. The grill for the truck was cracked right down the middle. I am not blaming Protuning Lab for the grill being broken, that happened in shipping. My issue with them starts after the fact. I bought a set of steps but they sent me the wrong one's then to return then I have to pay a 10%restalking few just for them to give me my money back
Never buy anything from them
This was the WORST experience I have EVER had ordering online, which I do often. They sent the wrong part and tried telling me I was in the wrong. When I asked them to replace the parts they told me it would be better for me to sell it myself then to send it back. This place and their customer service is a joke. Please don't waste your time!
I got sent the wrong grill for my 2004 Honda Accord. I believe I was sent a grill for a Honda Civic
So I ordered a cold air intake for my bro in-law as a gift on 2/27. The delivery date was 3/2. The reality is it wasn't even shipped until 3/7 and should now arrive on 3/11. This is a week after the birthday party that I when to without a gift. I called to see why the delay and the guy on tje phone couldn't tell me why this would happen or anything else. I ordered a grill for my 2012 Honda Accord, on the website it's shown in one piece. However when I received it I still have 2 cut and attach the grill to the main grill part. Not what I expected!
