They put up a picture of a part I thought I was paying for and sent me a mere price of the whole description! Then they wanted to take a percentage of my money for me to send it back. Needless to say I will never order anything from them again!!!! And I'm very much so spreading the word on their bussiness...
They told me my order was on back order and hasnt told me when it should be coming in
Ordered 9005 & 9006 35w, 4300K HID kits....Received 55w, 5000K kits. The kits did not come with any hardware {mounting brackets, screws, etc...} & was shipped in a plastic bag with peanut padding...not a box.
I ordered headers headers for my 2005 Chevy 2500 HD, the product they shipped me does not fit what so ever and is an inch short to the stock pipes. I emailed and called customer service, they offered either a 35$ refund or I can ship them back at my own cost (75$) and then would be deducted a 10% restocking fee. Absolutely horrific customer service, I had to spend double the price of the actual part in order to have an additional part welded on to the pipe to make it "fit". Sent Wrong Part, want me to disassemble vehical to prove, Stupid!!!
I ordered a set of fog lights for $96.00 and waited almost a week for arrival only to find that they look almost nothing like the image online. To make matters worse they have the audacity to make me pay for return shipping as well as pay 20% of the products value as a "restocking fee".
I was given and tracking number and then the next day saying my order been canceled. With no date on when my package I ordered would be available again.
I live in California, where my item shipped from, how can my order take 9 days to arrive going fed ex. I think shipping normal service through the US postal service should have gotten to me sooner. I have spent my entire vacation waiting for this order to arrive, and guess what I'm still waiting. So if you aren't really pressed for time order your item from this company. I had ordered new headlight assembly's and for the next few days after my purchase all my tracking info said label created and it still does and today is the 11 of January the website said 12 in stock but in reality they are back ordered 2-4 weeks I mean how many people need this peticilar headlight for a ford ranger.
