Waited a week for shipment after I got a tracking number and when it didn't show up, they said it was never shipped, so now I have to wait again
I ordered an LED fog lights package and I received NO LED lights whatsoever! They were regular bulbs. Customer Service said they would send them separately (twice I was told this) and just as I thought nothing has arrived weeks later! what a rip off!!!
Was disappointed in the order dimensions didn't match up no instructions and was slightly damaged
I placed a order and it took forever to get delivered 3-4 weeks
The products are poorly made. Purchased headlights and the amount of condensation in them is unreal.
got the tail lights and loved the look. put them on and not 24 hrs later had condesation in it. wrote to protunning telling them what happened and this is what they sent me.. "You can use different sealants such as Ultra Black Sealants, weather sealants, etc. These can be found for around $5 in your local hardware stores such as Home Depot, Autozone, Pepboys, or O’Reily’s as well. The lights look just as pictured I was pleased with that. But one of the 3 LED lights in just one of the headlights does not work when tested/installed.
CONTACTED CUST SVC, GMAIL@PROLAB STATED THAT THEY DON'T MAKE THE PRODUCTS SO THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHEN PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED. HAVE SENT 4 EMAILS TO BUSINESS ASKING WHEN THE PRODUCT WILL BE ON ITS WAY AS THE CUSTOMER SITE SAYS SHIPPED YET WHEN YOU TRY TO TRACK THE ORDER ON THE FEDEX SHIP NUMBER PROVIDED IT IS STILL AT WAREHOUSE AND NO PICK UP HAS BEEN ARRANGED. Ordered headlights for my 2002 Dodge Ram the kit comes with two big resistors that get extremely hot 350 degrees in just a couple of minutes. I contacted PTL about this they told me that this was normal operation of the headlight kit ,I advised them I wanted to return the kit because I didn't want my truck to burn down. PTL said that was fine and that I would have to pay 10 to 20 % restocking fee depending on how it was returned. I emailed PTL for a RMA number and now they want pictures of the items.
