i give then the plus because they return my money without charging me extra, but my item was never ship they never answer the phone and i email then and after a week thay tell me that they make a mistake that they item that i buys was never in stock but before you you buy you can look online 9/10 people had bad experience.

The incorrect link was sent to me from customer service for my replacement HID bulbs which under 1 year warranty. I sent a message to customer service about the mix up and was told very coldly that's what you ordered. Very dissapointed! Supposed to be H1 55 watt not 35 watt. I paid extra when I purchased the headlights and HID's (over $400).

I have used protuning lab for the front lights on my 96 chevy pickup and overall if I could rate them on a scale of 1-10 it would be a zero. Customer service is horrible I contacted them about trying to return one of their products and I have good reason to believe the person handling it was a 10 year old. They take forever to ship 1 to 2 weeks. They didn't get my first order right so I had to return one of my lights when they sent back the right one it took them forever to send back the correct light. Having a lot of problems with the wiring and cheap connectors. For 300$ you think it would be better quality

The header on ther backside of the motor has to be bent. the headers come up short and making them fit stretches the flex pipe out causing a leak. Then the gaskets are poor I had to replace most of them.

Worst company ever their products are no name junk they send no paperwork to even suggest how to install, best opinion is to throw it away. The only return they take is for you to pay shipping and charge a 20% restocking fee so they still get what money the product is worth.

I purchased a set of hid headlights and they was working poorly so got different bulbs and the still are not bright factory headlights are much better

web site says free freight, but they charged $60 for 2 little light bulbs. had to contact them for a refund. but to be fair, they were fast on the refund and were very nice to deal with.
