Purchased Celica Halo LED lights with a pre installed HID conversion kit and warranty. they didn't test the product before sending it out to me, the LED lights fail to operate properly and wont turn on. had professionals install it so that there would be no issues... except now that same professional has spent 5+ hours trying to get the lights to work on my car and test all my wires. if I want my old headlights back in I'm probably out over 500+ in labor alone. they wont send a shipping label out to me without pictures of th... read more
Received parts in timely manner, but no mounting hardware at all, no type of instructions at all.,Tried to reach pro tunning lab twice, never got past computer voice saying how important my call was. Don't think so. Hope I don't have any problems with parts,since I cant get a answer on the two extra gold heat sinks that came with assy.
I received my order in a priority bag, no product box or anything just a bunch of wires! no instructions or schematics on how to installed, call several times and no luck to get anyone, I sent an email to the support department and i'm still waiting an answer. if you could help me get help on this matter it would be great! i need a refund! it has been almost two weeks and no response,!
Terrible communication as the status showed "shipped".... the product hadn't even been processed because it was damaged. And for a week to go bye without any updates about the issue with it not being shipped because of it being damaged, caused my gift to become 2 weeks late! Very unprofessional in my eyes. At least offer something to make it right...
I bought HID-LBLH-SIV99G-RS Headlights and bumper lights for my Tahoe. I opted for the HID conversion. When it arrived, they had stuffed the bumper lights into the headlights box and refolded the flaps to accommodate the extra pieces. Apparently, they also slipped the ballasts into the box. The problem was that the box didn't close completely, and they did not seal the opening at the top. Apparently, one of the ballasts fell out. Absolutely no specific instructions when I called them they told me they just have their products drop shipped and I should have it professionally installed... so I installed it without instructions the product was unimpressive ill-fitting and overall garbage customer support was below crap
Service after sell suck the products I brought was wire up wrong costs me more money
Couldn't get an order to even go through until the fourth time I tried, last I heard the order was being processed, check to see if its shipped after 3 more days to find out the order was cancelled and I was refunded...on a Saturday, the day they're closed
The first time I called, I was on hold for 23 minutes until I could speak to a rep. The second time, 11 minutes. The rep said it was always a wait to get someone on the phone. Do these folks want new business? The second call was to inquire about my order. The rep said the factory was responsible for all shipments and and he could not not help me.
