No hardware and no instructions on installing it. Not happy about it
Purchased 2 HID bulbs as well as a set of Projector Halo LED headlights w/ bumper lights. Processing/Shipping was good. One HID bulb flickered and made it unusable, then one day after installing the headlights, one of the "Halos" went out. Being a ASE Certified Tech I'm sure my install was not an issue. I did not give PTL the opportunity to resolve the issue because I did not want to wait on sending the unit back and then waiting more time for the replacements to arrive again. Very disappointed. I ordered a pair of headlights for my truck build, that I currently have about $15,000 into. Upon receiving the lights, first thing I noticed, is that they looked nothing like the picture had depicted. The Len's were supposed to be smoked, and are instead clear with a chrome background. Clearly not even close to being smoked. Customer service asked me to take a picture since I want to return them. So gladly I do. Then customer service say's, nope! Those are the right ones. I've ordered a cold air intake for here twice and had my money refunded both times
I wanted to buy a set of custom headlights for my wife's Christmas present. I used my credit card which is registered in a different locate on than my wife's address (I work in the Northeast, she's in Florida). The day before Christmas, when she hadn't received the lights, I called ProTuningLab. They said they didn't ship to a location different than the billing location. I cannot seem to get a model specific wiring diagram for the lights I ordered for a 2015 Silverado 1500 with the recommended wiring harness. I am getting a little frustrated with the situation, and if I cannot get it resolved I am going to return the items for a full refund without being charged a restocking fee. these lights did not have any instructions with them and were supposed to be plug and play application. The order was not complete it was supposed to be enire kit headlight bucket marker lights and blinkers with 8k bulbs relay harness and ballast I only received the headlight buckets did not get much help upon calling the company
I received the order two pcs. Headlight Set They were packed very well and made it to my house in great shape. unlike the grill that was ordered not packed well and was damaged in shipping i called your number 1-***-***-**** stayed on the line for 20 minutes then left a message with my name & number. Still Waiting for a return call.
