I ordered a cold air intake for a customer And it came with 3 pipes No HARDWARE NO RUBBER FITTINGS IM VERY UPSET I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE AND ENAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE SO FAR NO RESPONSE I WILL REREVIEW THIS PRODUCT AFTER I RECIEVE A CALL BACK SO FAR IM VERY UPSET WITH EVERYTHING FROM PRODUCT TO PACKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS REVIEW WILL BE UPDATED AFTER I HEAR FROM THIS COMPANY I REVIEW EVERY PRODUCT FROM EVERY COMPANY I PURCHASE FROM
Headlights looked nice...if you can get them in. Defuser was twisted in one headlight and both clips for the bumper lights didn't have large enough slots to "click" into spot. I put screws behind to create a tight enough fit. Would not buy again.
After researching this product on the internet I went to install it today, and noticed it was not as easy as the instructions on the Internet had originally said. The Internet said just to unplug the old one and plug in the new one, that was not possible on my truck. Looks like the wires will have to be spliced, I have contacted spyder via email but have not heard from them yet.
Very slow and shipping and delivery. . Very slow on response time .very disappointed in all..
Just put in the whole headlight setup.. For a f350 ... The turn signal holes were to thick so the bulbs wouldn't lock in.... Also park light holes was same way took about 2 extra hours of cutting to make work .... Then don't line up correctly...
I ordered an hid kit from pro tuning lab about a week or two ago, well it took me to contact them to figure out that it was on hold because they didn't have all my parts for the kit. The second thing the kit was not packaged very good it was sent in a plastic bag with bubble wrap. The third I didn't get everything the kit said it had, I.e. no installation instructions or hardware to install it. Fourth thing is the kit was supposed to be a bi-xenon bulb, not a hi halogen / low xenon. And last but not least Customer service is... read more
The process of putting the exhaust system on took much longer then it should have because the pieces were not fitting together. The box it came in was tore up and the exhaust had dents.
I ordered led headlights for my car. When they got here they didnt work. I have tried calling many times. Im on hold for over 15 minutes every time then given the option to leave a voice mail. Even after i have done that no one has called me back. I even sent a text throught their support link and got no response from that either.
THE MERCHANDISE IS POORLY MADE I BROUGHT THESE LIGHTS FOR MY WIFE FOR CHRISTMAS THEY DIDN'T WORK I RETURNED THEM OVER A MONTH AGO AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
