Took forever to ship and still didn't receive my package.
I bought CCFL halo projectors for my chevy sonic. From the time I opened the box I was disappointed. The right headlight had a bunch of small scratches on the lens that I had to buff out. I then installed the headlights on my chevy sonic. They are NOT plug and play like advertised. I had to cut into my blinker wiring for the halos to work this of course came after restalling the bumper, so obviously they are not "plug and play" Now I have to adjust the headlights because the beams are way off and not a straight line and If I... read more
I received the part in a broken condition. The package had been damaged in the delivery system somewhere. But did receive package in significantly short time. The product was very very cheap but expensive to buy I'm hoping that protuninglab will come through with a resolution to resolve the issue with the product

Lights came with broken clips and no instructions on how to set up
Ordered fog lights for my 03 silverado hadissues they filled w water in the rain. Iused pro tuning lab again about December 5th for head lights for a Christmas gift and here we are December 23 and still no lights they blamed the shipper but that is a crock they never sent my lights I'll never use them again I also would suggest no one else does either. We'll see you great the product is when I receive it most likely we'll after christmas..
Shipping was extremely delayed and I was never told so I had to seek answers on my own then didn't even receive upgraded shipping terrible service
2002 racing headers were a flat out ripoff. They are selling bolt on no mod needed headers that you can't bolt up to an engine even if engine is completely removed. And since I have modified the headers trying to get them to fit there is no returning them. Absolutely junk.
