Order was cancelled at first because ship to address was different and no one contacted me to resolve the issue and when I called to find out where product was had to reorder and ship to billing address only they sent part of an order and it was not the product I ordered

Every item was out of stock but their website was not updated so they just cancelled my order. I did not find out until I had to reach out to them as to why my package was still not picked up.

I ordered a part for my car and and attachment for that part, both showing they were in stock. The next day I got a shipping email and tracking number. The same day they arrived, I got an email saying the part I had ordered was out of stock, and sure enough the package included only the attachment. I emailed back with my frustration, and they suggest a similar part as a replacement, and offered to upgrade my shipping. Ordered headlights for my GTO and the tint on the headlights Started to peel a few months later asked them about it they said this "If the car is exposed to the sun or water for long time. This will make the lens of the headlights peel or fade." very dissatisfied with them on every level.

Not happy at all. Snap tabs did not line up at all after a number of attempts they did finally break off. Installed lights however they are barely even noticeable when on. Need to run my driving lights to see. Low beam adjustments cannot be accessed with the lights installed. Will be refurbishing and reinstalling my old lights. They do look good but I do need to be able to see.

trying to reach you on the phone was almost impossible. after trying for 3 days making some 15 calls you answered only twice and once with a message to leave a number and you would call back, but you never called back. of the two calls you did answer, the information i was wanting to know proved false. the second call was very good. Also you should make it clear that Mirrors does mean "a pair", its a bit unclear for us older people.

I still have not received the headlights that I ordered. But the money was taken out of my account for them.

Item took forever to arrive. It's hard to get a person to talk to on the phone or have emails answered through customer service.
