I ordered the wrong part and tried to cancel my order by phone yall was closed so I emailed and was told it was canceled then I was emailed back and told it wasn't then I called and was told it was and my money would go back in my account in 2 to 3 business days. Then in a few days I received the order .Then I called and yall wanted me to pay to ship back witch was as much as the order almost. They didn't fit right, the wiring harness had two black ground wires and no Red Wire. The connectors were both assembled backwards so we had to fix those just so they were connect properly. They are as bright as expected but very poorly made. The delivery and customer service were great.

I ordered a set of headlights from here. They never emailed me the status of my order. I called them a couple of times and would wait 20 minutes Nobody ever answered, was forwarded toward answering machine. After two and a half weeks, they emailed me said my order was canceled.

Although the product arrived in perfect condition and all components appear to be included, there are no instructions or wiring diagrams included in the package. With wiring harness components for what appears to be multiple installation configurations, I have yet to figure out which pieces are needed for my truck and therefore have not yet been able to install the headlights I ordered.

I ordered 2 Amber Side facing Led strips. I received an email confirming the order and a tracking number, then this week a received a email from paypal that funds where refunded to my account. I did not receive any correspondence from ProTuning Lab as to why I was given a refund on the order. some sort of notice or explanation as to why would have been nice.

When I was choosing a 3rd brake light to replace the one I have the one I choose said it was an LED 3rd Brake Light Cargo Light. I assumed the whole thing was LED. When I received it I found only the brake light was LED not the cargo light part. When I talked to the rep from Protuning, Luis M, he said if I had opened up the attachment I would have seen it was not. I think the printed description should have said only LED 3rd brake light and not mentioned the cargo light. The description is very misleading.

I ordered halo headlights for my truck one out of the four halos had a crack in it I'm in the process of sending it back but it took me two weeks to even get ahold of customer service which when I did they were very rude and tried stalling even after I contacted them like they are waiting for my warranty to be up before they get back with me.
