They told me my order was ready for UPS to pick it up then two days later they say they didn't even have my exhaust and it would be 6 weeks.complete bs
Lights are cheap China junk. Described as day time running lights but arnt very bright. White is moderately bright amber isn't bright at all. I bought them for the amber.
Very bad experience, I am very disappointed with this company. I wouldn't recommend to other customers. They don't reply my emails, I called the customer service and waited 30 minutes cant get through. I order items from them dated 10/12/15 never receive yet, and no emails receive what's the status. Its 10/29/15 right now and I'm still waiting the reply from them.
takes forever to get your parts
My first time doing business with pro running and my last. I'm not getting into details you can read the emails. The second to last email I got from Luis m. made me feel like a crook and shady, all I wanted was for you guys to replace one running light that I felt was defective. I promise to tell 10 people how terrible of service I got.
Product was substandard and uninstallable. Wish to return it and have not heard back from them as yet.
Not a good company to do business with and I never will again nor recommend anyone to do so. They have no compassion for my unfortunate situation! They shipped the product (headlights) and I informed them my 2003 X5 was totaled in an accident (not my fault either) and I needed to ship the unopened box back. They informed me I had to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Not acceptable to me so I will keep these headlights and just sell them on line to get rid of them! Ordered a set of tail lights and the transaction went through. Two days later, money was put back in my account and the order was canceled with no explanation whatsoever. Near as I could figure out, the lights were back-ordered with more than a four week wait time so the order was canceled. (I read this on their website) But no email explaining why the order was canceled?? Kind of aggravating.... Tried to call customer service but no luck.
