Most of the parts I received from them were in good condition until manifold I ordered came in it was in good condition how ever the gasket that came with it was cracked I called customer service and did not have a good experience with them
Never answer the phone or email you back, got my lights for my 07 impala and the parking/ turn signal light did not work on one.
Sold substandard quality product , actually a fire hazard ,,, due to the way the wiring harness was , had to pay for return shipping .

The exhaust I ordered for my 2012 Nissan Altima 3.5 was supposed to be a straight bolt on kit but did not line up with stock exhaust system. I had to take to a muffler shop and get extra tubing added to make it fit right costing me another 200 dollars out of pocket.
One of the headlights I received was damaged, which looks like it was due to the fact that both of the ballasts for the headlights were placed in its box but allowed to knock around unsecured during shipping. The instruction manual sent with the headlights was not very descriptive and looks like it is a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy, etc. It's fine when I know how to install headlights, but it's practically illegible so I feel bad for anyone who needs them. I ordered replacement headlamps with HID, Halo and LED (CCOB05-LED-BK ) Online store is good, easy to enter order, order processed and shipped fairly quickly.
extremely disappointed in this company, not in the products that are sold but in the company itself. I don't care if other companies are doing it. That is why I don't ever do business with them. They cancelled the order, wouldn't ship to an alternate address, they ship to the billing address only. But instead of calling or emailing me, they just cancelled the order a week after it was placed. Bad customer service when I called to find out what was the matter.
