Shipping was ok but the part that was ordered was not what was sent. And trying to make a return you wait on hold forever just to get to leave a message. Poor customer service, and its funny that they even tell you it will be a long wait time.
Ordered a set of fender flares that I needed asap. They were lost in the delivery process which is totally on UPS. My problem with protuning labs is with their customer service. After two days of sitting on hold for 20 plus minutes and emails sent I finally got a hold of someone. Instead of just sending me out a new set and dealing with the problem through UPS, they just told me its on UPS and to contact them to get updates on where my order is and when I'll get it (if ever). Slow customer service response, product came different then advertised. Led strip didnt come with an LED bulb and LED strip doesn't shine all the way across with an LED bulb as shown in the advertisement. The LEDs are very dim. Yes I'm unsatisfied. I guess you get what you pay for...
I ordered the product payed it in full and then i send them a email asking them why i have not received the package after a week and a half and they say they don't have the product for another 4-6 weeks if they don't have the product they should put sold out not leave it as if they have the product that's bad bussiness

Product did not work and could not get in contact with anyone gor customer support. ZERO STARS!!
It's been over 2 weeks and I still didn't receive my order. Have order different parts from eBay week after I ordered from pro running and I have revived it. Shipping takes too long . It's states 5 business days it's been 11 business days and still didn't receive my order.
Received wrong color products and damaged goods.
