PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR LED BULD THEY FLASHED BY THEMSELVES SO COULD NOT USE AND HAD A SMALL SPOT ON THE RIGHT LENS!!!!

This is a terrible company. I ordered a billet grill 2 weeks ago and I still have not received it. I have tried to call this company every day and it always goes to the answering machine and when you leave a message nobody will call you back. They also send you a fake tracking number and say the order is shipped but you cant track your package. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and they have terrible customer service. We are writing to inform the company we are not satisfied with our shopping experience. The origanal product we purchased was a retro fit head light kit for a chevy truck, HID/CCFL halo ring. After professionally installed one light didn't work and when we contacted the company, email was the only mode of contact that we would get an answer from and was told to order another kit and was sent to a web site to make another purchase of bulbs and ballast of 45 dollars on top of the 350 or so we had already spent. I ordered halo lights with the hid kit they where shipped and I received them put them in and the halos would not turn on. The low beam would also not turn on after a month of hassling with them they finally told me to ship them back. They also said it would be less than 5 dollars, it was 73 dollars to ship the lights back!! I can not call them everytime it goes to voicemail and then if I try to email them it says their account has been suspended! I ordered a set of spyder lights with the HID kit installed. The kit showed up at my door in great time, about 5 days I guess. The packaging was good. Installed the kit on my 2009 Tacoma, Only 1 low beam came on. I narrowed it down to a bad Ballast, so I figured no problem since I purchased the 1 year extended warranty, well, they will not answer the phone, nor will they reply to my repeated e mails. I received email a week ago with tracking saying my item shipped. Now I get email saying item is backordered. Can not get in touch via phone. Poor service

Order Headlights and fog lights. Headlights came quickly but still have not received fog lights. Every time I call just voice mail and NO one ever calls you back. No reply to emails. They took my money but only sent half the order. wish someone would contact me. Might want to stay away from this company.

Do not use this company. They have not been responsive to my non-functional order. They offered me $20 back after I paid them $435 dollars for lights that aren't sealed correctly. Then, the manager promised he would contact his boss and I still haven't heard back. BAD NEWS!!!!
