I ordered fog lights for my lancer and was informed the item was out of stock AFTER I had paid and AFTER a tracking number had been provided. If the item is out of stock just note that on the website! I paid a little more for smoked fogs but will now order elsewhere and I will not order from this site again. Nobody that will listen will get a good review from me either.
Very hard to get ahold of anybody. I ordered a set of headlights n turn signals that ended up being on backorder n nobody bothered to contact me about it. So I finally got in touch with someone and they were suppose to have a diff set sent out and when they came in all I got was headlights, no turn signals. By the way I still haven't received the turn signals yet.
Placed our initial order for headlamp assemblies in February recieved product 2 weeks later. Installed in a customers vehicle within 1 week the left headlamp failed to work.Made initial phone calls and emails for this failure on 3/15/2014. No response I had advised at that time that I needed replacement for left side,After multiple calls and No Response sent another email 3/27 recieved a response to first swap the left and right bulbs to see if they work.. by this time the other lamp had also failed. Very unhappy. Have not receieved tail lights yet.
Where to start... After waiting 6 days I got my headlights and plugged them in only to find out only 1 of the 4 bulbs would light. 2 days of calling and emailing I got an email.. Never a call?. They wanted me check my plugs and either send bulbs back and go buy some or they ship me replacements. But I wasn't waiting 3 weeks for all that. So I asked for a return shipping label and after 3 days I got tired of the run around so I shipped the lights back... $40 dollars later and their on the way back to them. Took them three months to get some headlights in. Not a very professional company. But it was good pricing
WORST internet shopping experience EVER! BUYER BEWARE!!! I only got a partial shipment, and after weeks of trying to resolve it with no satisfaction, had to resort to filing claims with the California Attorney General and the BBB. This "company" is one person who places orders and drop-ships to you on your behalf (for a fee, of course.) He does not answer phone calls, does not return voice mails, and only sporadically answers emails. My order was cancelled and I was issued a refund with no explanation.
Bad ass customer support and didn't even have the product in stock but was still on the site as available. DONT CAPITAL LETTER ME FOR SHIT. will never order again. Will never refer this site to anyone EVER. That's all. P.S. Satisfaction is one star. If there was a no star, that'd be my choice. Okay
