I am extremely disappointed with the level of service. So far I have invested over a month’s worth of time and way too much money on installation. I ordered headlamps for my 2007 Cadillac and had to return the first set because the halos did not work due the wrong wiring harness. The second pair was a slightly different model but the wiring was backwards. They were going to send matching fog lights but they were not in the box. Absolutely abysmal service all around! I ordered a set of headlights. Not a day after installing them I had noticed that they sent the wrong kelvin of hid bulb. So I called them for over a week trying to get someone on the phone but they refuse to call me back. It would not be until days after repeated phone calls that they'd send me a two sentenced email. The order was placed and a tracking number was provided.... However, the package didn’t arrived to destination, when I asked were my package was, they told me that the item was on back order.... I felt very disapointed since I wanted the item I bought... The order was cancelled and the money was refound to my account...

Terrible never again will I order from them. I called and email and nothing and have not received my order and I don't live an hour away from them. I will be visiting them this week this is unacceptable!

Hello, I made the mistake of shipping to a different address than my credit card address, so I received the credit card authorization form, filled it out and faxed it on 11/01/2013, I have not been notified of where my merchandise is or whether it is even shipped. I have called left messages, NO REPLY still???

I was delivered by fed-x home delivery and it took several days too long to arrive. Once they were installed the headlamps are extremely dim, cant even tell that they are working. For projector beam headlamps they should be much brighter. It appears that the ballast or bulbs have a very low output. I am in the process of ordering another set elsewhere to attempt to correct my problem.

Did not deliver what they advertised, when I had questions, I was not helped at all. I just got lame excuses.

DON'T BUY FROM PROTUNING LAB! Products are seconds. Customer service sucks. They won't answer phone calls. They ignored the Better Business Bureau complaints they received. They shouldn't be in business. Someone needs to shut them down. Bulb was burned out in headlight. Email said to go to my local auto parts and buy a bulb. I shipped them back well within the 14 days you have to return them. They DID NOT COVER THE cost of shipping. Over $60.00!! What a joke. Any lawyers out there can do some pro bono work and shut them down... read more

They could not deliver the product they offered, even after receiving an email stating it was shipped.
