It took almost 2 weeks to receive our order. The seller had to ship it 3 times before they got it right. I will not be using them again. Also - they are VERY hard to get on the phone. After the first shipping error - I sent them a message and they replied that the package would be arriving that day. They obviously had not looked at the FedEx tracking website carefully, or they would have seen that the package was being returned to them. They do not seem to care that they have inconvenienced the customer.
I ordered Dodge projector headlights with a 4300k HID kit, after ordering two days latter receive a email saying their on a two week back order it was never stated on their store, and after waiting for three weeks I finally received my lights. The install went well until i went to use the lights for the first time and the driver side hid doesn't work, it took four days to reach them once i did they said they would send me a replacement,2 days latter i receive a email saying i would have to send my bulb in first or send twent... read more
The product didn't fit, one of the bulbs wasn't working right out of the factory, and they won't answer or even return my calls!
no customer service you call and no one will return your call you cancel your order and they wont refund your money in less you have your bank contact them not highly recommended to buy from
worst experience ever. 1. projectors for honda element 03 had the projector lens loose in the headlight lens. so if i installed it it def would have broke! 2. aftermarket HIDs DO NOT fit. what kind of projectors dont fit HIDs and what kind of manufacturer makes different socket sizes than the stock headlight? i was better off making the projectors myself. 3. they made me pay to return the headlights. $26. but that was jus in one smaller box. purchase to set of lights came in mail on time but 2of the 4 are broken tried calling only get answering machine no other way to contact web sight not set properly for email response

I ordered my product 12/12/12. their website didnt show a stock status so I called all day and left messages. I didnt receive a call back so I rolled the dice. I am on my fourth "sorry it will be shipped soon" 12/18/12. This appears to be a drop ship company. They are a store front and collect money for third party sales. Go to another company. started out good talked to a real person I told him i 1999 dodge I asked what light i need and i ordered it quality is great but plugged them in and HID to work but the brights were very dim so i EMailed got to buy a 35.oo cable a week has gone by so i buy cable another week has gone now i hook up everthing got HID and 1 bright light both HID which is good But driver side bright is still real dim now i am in trouble because i am leaving for Texas to see grand kids and all i got is 1and 1/2 lights now what???
