Evil company, absolutely evil. We moved to Providence Uptown, a BH Management owned apartment. The Leasing Agent deceived and made fraudulent statements in order to get you to com mitt to lease. Leasing Agent also provided us with legal advice regarding the lease contract which later came back to haunt us because her legal advice was faulty. Luxury Units, not so Luxury Feel I've been living in Uptown for almost a year now. Very poorly managed property. I hated it their so much. Counted down days to lease expiring first week I moved in. Leasing Agents and Managers are deceptive and it seems the corporate culture is do anything to get people to sign the lease and then they got you and just brush any complaint aside and you just have to wait for lease to end. Just do search on web and just review sites, this place has WORST reputation in...

Hated it their??!! I dont like it at all. Last week the water was out in the whole building and the management office is not very nice and does not tell anyone anything. The parking is awfull and I see a lot of cars get broken into in my time here. Smashed windows!! The garbage dumpster is extremely inconvenient and you have to walk like a block to dump your trash. I also hear a lot of noise becuase the walls and floors are so thin and cheap. All the time you hear neighbors TVs and radios. I am a student and it is impossible... read more

I Would Look Somewhere else. When I moved out, the management company was so unprofessional, my car got vandalized twice and they didn't even ask for the police report. I have to force them to take it so It is noted for the future. the office staffs changes so often that you can't depend on them to solve anything. Garage dirty all the times, Water is cut off frequently and most important they have no guards on duty with all the money you are paying your better off going somewhere else. I lived here for three years I lived here for three years. When moving out, Katy, the appartment complex manager was SO unprofessional and unpleasent. Very lazy service. The They cut the water without notice to the tenants. There are rodents roaming around. Last but not least, when you call the main office for maintenance nobody answers. They don't return calls even if you leave a voice mail.
