Modern, clean apartments set off of the main drag. The pool area is pretty awesome. We'll see how it plays out when pool season hits.
I have live here for one year and have only had one minor complaint. The units are well kept., spacious and the amenities are pretty good. Greystar just took over and are in the process of doing some renovations that are going to make it look a lot better, i.e. resort style pool (think Vegas with cabanas and cushioned chairs), new exercise equipment and a new business center. Providence has been awesome. The management is world class. Maintenance took care of air going out in the same day. When the problem could not be fixed a portable unit was left in my place until the next day when the air was turned back on. The clubhouse very nice, and I enjoyed the coffee bar and red box that is inside. The gym is average. The parking garage is my only complaint because of security. Some cars come in and park in resident parking. I would recommend renting here!
I have been here since 2018. My lease is up in December and I will absolutely be moving. The trash situation is out of control. There is some parking scam going on with houstontexastowing.com. They have now towed 2 of my friends cars from visitor parking. They have tow trucks on site pretty much all day and night. very inconvenient to have guest over. The worst place to live, there is no security at all, they stole the tires and rims of my car and it is not the first time that this has happened, the administration does not take measures, the maintenance service of the apartments does not work, it takes years to fix things, my experience was horrible
Rats!! .... Because trash is always just laying out everywhere!! Oby God know what the stains on the ground !! Along with maintenance is terrible... takes forever and sometimes they just clear the work order without ever attempting to come fix it ... People in the office never have an answer beside I'm sorry ... Parking ... you guest only have 7times per month to register their car and after that they have to park on the street ! If it's parking out there ...

The biggest scammers when it comes to apartments in Houston - don't move here This is by far the worst place to leave and on top of that, dealing with the crew and especially with the unprofessional manager makes it even worst. I have lived here for a year now and I am not trying to move again because it is sure expensive but I have had black mold in my vents since I have moved in and it was just rectified maybe a two months ago but not before I had gotten permanent sickness from the mills accumulating in my lungs. I had also had my car crashed into in a parking lot when I want even driving it in the middle of the night. I have had my fridge not work for a week and a half and maintenance never came.
