We moved in very late April and had less than a week to sign a lease. Daniel was very helpful to me and my family in order to get moved in on time. He stayed after hours to help us with all the paperwork and making sure we had all the documents necessary with such short time constraints. So far everyone has been very helpful. Thanks again to Daniel for all his help!

Perfect spot in the middle of Houston. Everything that you could think of going to is within 15 min. I lived here for year it was very quiet and staff for the complex were super friendly and quick with responses. I'd recommend this place to any of my friends that live in Houston!

I've not had any issues living here. It's fairly quiet and the apartments themselves are good for the price. It is annoying that people don't put their garbage in the garbage shoot on Sunday nights. That is just people being gross and lazy, though. Noise and people being lazy is something is something that comes with apartment living. They do require a 60 day notice for moving/vacating. I love this apartment. I think for the price and location it is key. I have lived here for 2 years and just signed for another year. The maintenance crew is amazing and everything I have requested has been fixed in a super fast manor. The amenities are great, gym is always clean and who does not love a fire pit. You will not find this good of a steal anywhere else! I have lived here for about four months now, when I first moved in everyone at the leasing office was so helpful and professional that I wanted to write my positive reviews then, but I decided to wait and give it a few months. Now I honestly believe they are doing everything possible to accommodate the residents. On couple of occasions I had to request some repairs done in my apartment which was done on timely manner. I'm a current resident (10 months) deciding if I am going to renew my lease. Jennifer was my leasing agent and she went above and beyond for me during my application process. I just wanted to wait until I had lived here for a considerable amount of time before writing a review. I'm not on the fence if I'm going to renew because of my experience. This is a super great apartment complex!! The differentiating factor is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and ready to help you. I've seen other apartment places where they don't care much about their tenants after signing the lease, but this place is deff different! The apartments themselves are great apartments for the price. I have a first floor wooden tiled apartment and its spacy, with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Lastly, there is free coffee like all day and night long. Deffff check this place out.

Can't say enough good things about my apartment here! Staff is super friendly (Andrew is the go-to guy!), my apartment is pretty big for a great rate, AND it's close to just about everything I need! Think I'll stay a while.

We have moved to the apartment for two weeks, and so far couldn't be happier. The staff members at the leasing office are extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't visit the place before signing the lease, but Bianca went beyond and above sending me detailed info, and the video of the apartment. I feel it's a safe community, and the location is superb.
