Screen nearly impossible to read. The screen was both too small and too dim, making operation extremely difficult. The old model I have was much more accessible.

NOT RETURNABLE I am not sure why this seller will not allow a return of this item? When reading description, we thought our tapes (22) would fit machine, but they will not. So, not happy that we will now have to buy another machine. Dissatisfied with the NO RETURN. Windsor Hills Clubhouse
Hard to read screen, eats the cartridge. The good- big keyboard The bad - terrible screen size and just hard to see the letters you want to print The ugly - it eats the cartridge. Push the cartridge in, it goes straight down, and sets. Then my unit never ever pushed out a tape, it internally ate it. Plenty of utube videos on this bad bad design.

Waste of Time and Money Delivered Oct. 1, 2019. Looked for videos and instructions since the book was not helpful but found nothing on this exact product. After wasting tons of time, and tape, I was finally able to print up a few labels. Never picked it up again after that, too much trouble and time. The display is impossible to read and it became easier to write on a slip of paper and tape it to my items.
