Not user friendly, it stopped working. Besides that it was not user friendly and did not get used often, it broke. It did not allow me to add a picture if what it is doing. For the $59 I paid they should have a better return policy.
Poor display. Difficult to read. The label maker works great but..the LCD screen is impossible to read. Has contrast adjustment but is not back lit. Very dark display. I returned mine with a week.
No returns! Be careful ! No returns!
Label maker I like this label maker-it did take some trial & error to get just the exact sizing-I don’t like all the extra waste on each label tho! I like to be frugal with the tape, so I don’t waste much!
Seemed and is too good to be true Why does it waste so much tape?? Like everyone else was saying, you lose 1 inch of blank tape every time you make a label. Unless you do 20 labels at a time creating copies, you will have this problem. Avoid this to avoid waste!
Not user friendly This unit is not user friendly. The instructions are hard to follow and understand. It's geared more toward business, and all I needed was a simple household label maker. I intended to return it, however when I started the return process it was indicated it was a non-returnable item. The price also dropped $20 in less than a week after I ordered it. I have to wonder if it became a non-returnable item because of the price drop. Very unsatisfied customer here, stuck with a label maker that I won't use.
There are better solutions This device is unnecessarily difficult to use, and Brother has designed it to waste as much label tape as possible. Look elsewhere.
It doesn’t work Personal use
It doesn’t work! The tape doesn’t come out. It gets caught inside. I waited a long time to talk to Brother’s support who told me that it’s a defective tape and sent me a new tape. The new tape does exactly the same thing. I have been waiting again for Brother’s support, but I have been on hold. It’s been almost 30 minutes and still hearing the same Mozart Piano Concerto. Amazon won’t even give me an option to return this item.
