LABEL MAKER WAS DEFECTIVE and NOT RETURNABLE! Every single time I printed a label then used the 'cut' feature, not enough tape was left inside to actually re-thread for the next label. In that, this machine was 100% reliable. It jammed and got tangled every single time. However, amazon did refund my money. Funny, they didn't want the label maker back - neither do I!
Waste of money Piece of junk. Labels get caught up and won’t come out, might as well throw out the whole cartridge after that.

DO NOT BUY (WASTE OF MONEY) When the package came it was not in an amazon box it was like someone got it off the shelf of Walmart. No returns. This is a waste of time and money!!! Very violated!!!!!!!!!

Nice machine I always wanted a labeler for storage bins. My handwriting sucks so this solved it!
Not Returnable! If I had known this can't be returned, I would have bought it at Staples. As others have mentioned, the readout isn't very bright, and is difficult to read. I bought this because I wanted more sizes of fonts than the old printer I have which only has three. Unfortunately, the sizes jump six sizes at a time, so it doesn't have the size I want. I also purchased a PTD210, also sold by Amazon.com Services LLC, and that one is returnable. Why not this one?
False advertising; no rating; no cord I am not sure what to say. I need this for a project my sister and I are working on. Clearly the item was described as having a adapter cord with the product. Both in print and the picture. WRONG. No adapter and clearly states on box not included. Now it takes three days to get the adapter. I buy a lot from Amazon and have never seen this before.
