Don't buy its crap This machine have a problem do not buy its a waste of money, it has battery problems, it keeps shutting off and not printing I'm so mad, this is my second time using since purchase, it's crap😭😭😭😭

Don’t waste your money in this! Very user UNFRIENDLY! Keys are way to small, “clear button” is for one letter at a times rather than the entire previous keyed entry, and the “label remover” is a joke! You’ll need a paring knife instead! UGH! Waste of money!!
Belive what you read here. Brand new fresh batteries will read "low battery" Reads "low battery" when brand new tested fresh name brand batteries are installed. I'd guess 80% of reviewers here state similar experience. 4x AAA clearly are not enough to power a device that was revised from 6xAA,. I normally do not take the time to write negative reviews , but this product obviously is one to avoid and faulty design. Sucked This item was defective and didn't work. I brought it to my school campus and didn't use it for several months and just opened it up today and it doesn't work and I can't even return it now!!
Extremely frustrating If your looking for something that's straight forward and easy to use... This is definitely NOT it. The original version was much better. Over the years Brother has downgraded the user experience to needlessly difficult. Menu screens are a joke, settings are ridiculous and common sense has NO place here. Skip this, it's not worth it
This product drains batteries TOO QUICKLY Maybe we have a lemon, but this labelmaker drains fresh batteries within a couple of weeks with minimal use. There is something wrong with it and I would return it for a refund in an instant if I had discovered this problem within the 30-day limit. Do NOT buy this model!
Complete trash This was not the quality of a typical Brothers product. It was so cheap, did not work, battery issues. I cut my lost and threw it away.
Not easy to ise The largest font setting is still very small would not buy again. It’s not easy to use no simple directions
