Label maker broke within the hour of use!! This product broke after using it in a hour the labels got stuck and out it went!!! I do not suggest this product.
Tape Machine is Broken I just box my label maker and the tape machine is broken! The system turns on but it won’t feed the tape through when printing. It was brand new and broken upon opening!

Stopped working I don't know if I printed more than 10 labels before this stopped working. I hit the print button and it shuts off. I have bought 3 new sets of batteries and it continues to do the same thing. Unfortunately I was already past the return window by the time I realized new batteries were not fixing the issue.
Piece of crap way to hard to use, keyboard is crazy - threw it away after buying a DYMO Label Maker which is very easy to use

Eats batteries Do not buy. This label maker, Brother PT-M95, goes through the batteries. It prints about 10 labels and then the 4 AAA batteries are dead.
Eats batteries I have had the product a little over a month. I have turned it on a total of three times, a couple weeks apart. I turned it off between each use. Every time I started it up, it tells me low batteries and then dies until I replace them. I am returning the item as there is clearly something wrong. Everything else works as expected.
