So frustrating! I can’t believe in today’s world, we have a product that is so not friendly and burns battery without doing the actual work !! Waste of money
Don't buy unless you enjoy pulling your hair out Many others had the same problem I did: LOW BATTERY showing even though fresh batteries were installed 2 minutes prior. I tried 3 different sets of batteries and always got the same LOW BATTERY signal. I was able to print a 10 character word before the label maker shut off. Since there is no AC adapter option, I couldn't use this at all so I returned it. All in all it was a complete waste of time. Learn from my mistake - read the reviews before buying!
Easiness and the labels get crinkled every time Labels don’t come out without getting bunch up
Little and not good quality Not good quality
Next I’ve changed the batteries 3 times and I keeps saying low battery what a waste
Broke after 2 years I loved this label maker, but the cutter broke after 2 years of use. I managed to find a way to fix the lever so that it could still work. After year 3, the wheel mechanism that pulls the tape out stopped working. Cheap mechanical parts and doesn’t stand the test of time
Didn’t work I was really excited for this and researched before I bought. The maker does not print— it appears that the cable is damaged Very disappointed
Ease of use Don't like that it is not USB recharging. Don't like poor, poor instructions. Takes several batteries. Not easy to figure out how to print different configurations. Just don't like it!
Unhappy Difficult to read screen four AAA batteries appears underpowered.
