fast and easy to use The device is well designed, fast and easy to use. I was disappointed, however, by the fact that it will not accept the TZ tapes from my previous Brother labeller, instead requiring TZe tapes. The TZ and TZe cartridges are virtually identical so I find it strange that Brother made trivial case changes that prohibit the TZs from being inserted into the machine.
Wonderful printer Wonderful printer. Should have bought the battery. The Wi=Fi feature is great.
Installation of wireless an issue. I can't get it to connect wirelessly to my computer or iPhone. Otherwise, it's great.
5 Stars for the product / The quality of the Apps / The label quality and Ease of use! This was such a breeze to setup, both on my Network (which uses MAC Address White Listing for security) and all of our iPhones / iPads. Honestly, after reading a lot of the reviews where people had setup problems, I was hesitant to buy this printer. Wireless and can run on batteries, truly portble It's funny to get excited about a label printer but i love the fact it can run on batteries and is wireless. I can just pick it up and put it down anywhere and make labels with my iPhone.
Five Stars Best price I could find.
Works well with my MacBook; not my iPhone. I used this with my MacBook. It took several attempts at configuring it even after using the correct software. I've had to configure wireless printers before, and this one was a bit tetchy, even on my MacBook. The computer works fine; my iPhone, not so much. I've got an iPhone 6+. Prints fine, but the software and documentation are confusing and the tech support is below average This is the fourth Brother label printer I've owned. They have all been quite good at producing highly readable labels that stick very well to files and often stick pretty well to other surfaces. The software Brother provides is less than incredibly user friendly, but if your needs are simple, you will probably never need to do more than accept software defaults. Wireless label printer works very well, uses the same cartridge models that the older models do I have a few things I print labels for, and my old Brother PT-2430PC has worked well, but I have outgrown it a bit.
