Usually park here when I take a 630am flight.. This morning I arrived and a fellow passenger was directing people where to park.... We waited around for over 5 minutes with no one there to man the keys... No one was there .. Such a liability issue among other things! Eventually they arrived and we got there and I made my flight.. The airport wasn't even busy so not sure what happened... They increased their rates so they need to increase their staff.... Used this service for the first time this week. It was great..very convenient and at a great price. I would caution new customers though to make sure that they allow A LOT of extra time to get to the airport. We waited almost a half hour for the shuttle to arrive. Then, upon our return, we waited on the curb and the shuttle was parked across the street and behind a post which made it impossible for us to see them until they were driving away! This is the worst car lot I have ever used. First off it's in the middle of no where , and gps doesn't direct you there . Attendant thought that was funny . Most important is at 10 pm they have 1 shuttle running , I waited 1:1/2 hours to be picked up . Attendant didn't remember me calling and didn't have my ticket number. DO NOT USE !
