DO NOT PARK HERE. Our first red flag was when we dropped off the car, a man told us his money was stolen and he was calling the cops. When we went to pick up our car after waiting 40 mins for the shuttle, they told us it was in a different lot when it was right in front of us. They couldn't find our keys and once they found them 15 mins later they were laughing it off, no apology. For service at JFK: Staff was nasty and incompetent Lied about pick-up and had us wait 45 minutes And then when we arrived car wasn't even waiting for us. Further wait time. Want to warn everyone use another service. Just horrible
Stayed 1 day, they tried to charge me for 2 days! I checked in on Oct 14th at 6:10 am, I returned the next day and called for a shuttle waited about 30 min for it, and then was taken to my car. By the time I got to the register to get my key, it was around 7am. I went to pay my bill, and was told that I was charged for 2 days! Worst remote airport paring company in New York. We waited over 1 hr for a shuttle to show up at airport and watched as 3 shuttles from smartpark passed by. This is the last time we'll ever use purchase park 2 fly again. The staff (Shakira and Jasmine) could have cared less and were just two unapologetic, apathetic employees.
My car was backed into another car , the result is a cracked bumper and broken fog light. after 8 weeks they are refusing to pay for the repair.
Steering away from this place. So much better when it was Park Plus at JFK. Check in and drop off was so so. Waited 20 minutes for a shuttle to get us there. On our return which was 1:30am they said someone will be on the way. 15 minutes later I called back and I was put on hold and forgotten about. Grabbed a cab to their location to get my car and the lady told me she forgot about the call on hold. Really?? Plenty of other places around. Adios!!
This review regards the JFK Park 2 Fly facility. We flew home into JFK at 8PM on Sept. 3, 2021 and as instructed, we called for a pickup once at baggage claim. The van did not arrive until more than 90 minutes had passed. But it wasn't just the lateness in picking us up. We called the number given several times and each time were told the van just left. They do not even deserve one star. The worst experience. After a delay on our flight and sitting on the runway for a while before we could unboard we experienced the worse time with this company. I called to be picked up. They said 10-15 minutes the shuttle would be there. After 1/2 of waiting i called and they said they only had two people working and the driver was stuck in traffic. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They have 3 functions, park my car, take me to the airport and pick me up when the plane lands. They failed at 2 of these. The car was parked and safe. They bungled taking us to the airport and picking us up. Apparently they only have 1 driver so when he gets full you have to wait, you cannot operate this business sthis way.
