I was gonna give this a glowing review. But turns out what they give you as an estimate is not going to be what you're paying. Even if you show up earlier than you put as your expedited return time. Very disappointed.

The savings to park here was not worth the aggravation. We were picked up very quickly from the airport only to wait 30 minutes on the bus b/c other passengers were to arrive as well. I asked them to just send another bus to pick up the other passengers but the driver assured me we would not have to wait long. That was clearly not the case. Drop off my car with a scuff on the passenger side bumper. Flight delayed and did not get in until late at night and hence no time to inspect car in the dark. Next day the entire right side of my car is damaged. $1000 deductible later was not worth the money I tried to save by using a car service. DONT PARK WITH THEM.

Im done you keep raising prices almost cheaper with the fact that we have to freeze while waiting Not enough buses. This needs to change. No more of my hard earned $$$$

In my opinion this company has the worst upper management I've ever seen. They increased their prices without no notification. When I called to complain, some guy named Clayton told me to suck his $&@?. Incredibly unprofessional

Had a bad experience when we picked up our car, as you can read, BUT management called us the next day and not only apologized but worked very hard to rectify the situation. They were sincere, and apologetic; and have made sure nothing like this ever happens again to another customer. They do a great service for the college and I would recommend using them, I will use them again and that's why I'm updating my review. Picked up our cars last night. My car was damaged while in the lot and the follow up customer service has been deplorable. After blowing me off for 2 weeks there was essentially a fake claim process, during which they pretended to watch footage of my car and then promptly denied the claim within 12 hours. They have yet to produce a copy of the claim. Now they are accusing me of using my body to block the damage during the check in process - but, oops, sorry we have no video evidence of that because it's past our video storage time. Finding the lot was a bit of a hassle. There should be better signs posted directing you to their location. We wound up doing a lap around the campus before we came upon the lot. The check-in was easy and the shuttle service to the airport was prompt and convenient. Our complaint is that our vehicle sustained damage in the lot while we were gone. Was on an early flight on 9/24 and the scheduled attendant didn't show so there was a huge backup of cars and folks worried about missing flights. When attendants did show, they were great at getting everyone on the shuttles and I made my flight (barely). Management of P2F needs to make sure there is backup coverage. Be wary
