Dropped car off 7/12, checkin was quick no issues. Picked up car 7/18 again no issues. When I got home my wife noticed damage to our front passenger side bumper and a scratch on the hood that was not there when we dropped off. Same on us for not doing a walk-around when we picked up car. I called the lot when we were home and was told there was no manager on site and I would have to send an email to the manager's email address which he gave me. DO NOT PARK HERE! Waited an hour & 45mins to get picked up with 2 small kids. First time we called we were told it would be 15mins. Second time we called another 15mins. Third time we were told there is only one driver and we would get a call back as to how much longer. No call back. Forth time we were told we would be next & credited back one day's rate to make us feel better! Absolutely ridiculous. Smart Park was there within 5mins every time for 4 other families. Please don't ever park your car here they are the most slow and a lady lost her Key, We wait for 30 minutes just to get us our car back.
After a 9 hour flight arrived at JFK. Called for pickup, was told to go to waiting area, waited 1 hour, never came. Had to take a cab to the parking location. Told them that a cab was necessary to get to them since after an hour the shuttle never showed up, they couldn't care less. If you park your car with them be prepared to have to pay for a cab to get to your car.
Unless you want to wait hours to be picked up, stay away from this company. Horrible. Two times now I've had the worst experience. Last night after standing with a hu dred other people...I finally called a cab to take me to the parking lot. Unacceptable.
Beware: The Westchester location is NOT open 24/7, as indicated numerous places (including parts of their own website). They close at midnight, which I learned via text when boarding a plane in Atlanta at 10.30 p.m., two plus hours away. They recommended a cab company that informed me they had no cabs available when I landed and there were no Ubers to be found either. Waited 20 plus minutes trying to find a way to the parking lot. We arrived at JFK at 6 AM after a 5-hour red-eye. We gathered our luggage, and called Park 2 Fly to pick us up. The agent told my boyfriend a driver would "be there shortly." It was 37 degrees and windy. He called back at 6:58 AM and was told, "ten to fifteen minutes." I've now had two bad experiences with this service. The first time we missed the shuttle by about 10 seconds; it left while we were getting our suitcases out of the car and wouldn't wait so we almost missed our flight having to wait over 20 minutes for it to return. This time we were left at the airport!! We arrived and I kept calling for a pick up and it kept going to voicemail.
