I had parked here (JFK location) for several years, and the last time, and expensive item ($500+) was stolen from inside my car. The lot attendant agreed with me that it was clearly taken (the mount for it was left and cable unplugged). He told me to email the manager, and I got one response weeks ago saying he was investigating, and since then it's been nothing. Just picked up my car and had a nail in the tire. believe it or not this is the second time this has happened to us at this facility!! the staff there made no apologies, no offers to help...nothing.

Was flying out of LaGuardia and had to wait for shuttle to take us for 15 minutes. Coming back I asked for pickup and gave them my ticket number to get my car ready. We stood outside waiting for over 25 minutes. When we got on shuttle the driver asked for everyone's ticket number,so I gave it again. Got to office paid for the balance and was told car was outside. Couldn't find the parking lot at 4 AM Mapquest didn't get us there and the Google map provided in the confirmation email was wrong as well.

Terrible experience, came back from my vacation and found my car crashed "totaled", they left my car parked outside on public road. employees and manager gave very poor customer service and a lot of unprofessional Language.

Shuttle service to airport was good on our outbound flight. Upon returning at 11pm on a Friday night the shuttle service was terrible. The dispatcher told us where to wait outside of JFK. After 25 minutes we called back and were told the shuttle was minutes away. After another 15 minutes we called back and the dispatcher said the shuttle bus had to return to base because he had to many people to even stop at our terminal and would be back soon. First and last time using this place! If I could give zero stars I would. We left our car here for 8 days. Upon arrival we called to get picked up, they told us it would be half hour. Was shocked since we've never encountered that with any other parking service, not to mention it was 11:30pm at night and we had been traveling since 9:30am (international flight). Getting to the valet and taking the shuttle to the airport went smooth. When my trip was over and I got shuttled back to the office, a moronic bald man was working behind the counter. He was saying that my card was being declined but I checked my bank account and it had already charged me the money out of my account. He then continues to get frustrated towards me over his messed up system. He clearly had no idea what he was talking about and started cursing at me. Returned late and noticed scratches on the car the next morning. Someone actually used touch-up paint to conceal some of the scratches. Purchase Park 2 Fly was no help at all. Will NEVER use them again.
