***READ THE FINE PRINT!! $17 per day is good, but then they added a credit card surcharge of 4%, a fuel surcharge of $4.00, a "service fee" (what the heck is that) for another $4.00, and then sales tax. Called when we arrived at the airport and they said they'd be right over in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later the van showed up and there were a LOT of people waiting and the van could not take everyone. Thank you for the lie and anxiety attack. You booked us, took our $ and overbooked the lot by 30%. You didn't care at all. We had nothing and no where, and with little time we're forced to have a very expensive very poor airport spot at $70 a day. Horrible, unprofessional, and somewhat rude. At least you credited our card, big deal. Don't use this site near JFK. White Plains was great. This =MISERY SHAME ON YOU!!
My fault for not checking the reviews before booking. The address listed is NOT the location. And while their website says they are 24/7, they are NOT! I had an early reservation which they booked and yet I was there alone, the man that arrived advised they do not open till 5am and would not provide a shuttle until then. I told him I had a 6am flight and he didn't care. Been trying to book an Uber while I wait here.
It was so chaotic when I got there. I didn't know what to do after checking in. It was so loud in the office with people yelling. I'm not sure if I "self" parked in the right spot, so now I'm going to worry while I'm away. Poor signage! Will I get a ticket? Will my car get towed? I gotta say the shuttle driver was nice and let me sit up front when no one else would make room for me. I really don't think I'll park with them again. And if I did I'll get there an hour before I normally would so I don't get nervous about time.
This place is a nightmare. Booked the space 30 days ahead of time on Airportparkingreservations.com. There was no mention of car size as far as availability, just an up charge for an SUV. No problem with that. Was told when we got there that they wouldn't let me park my Ford Expedition because it was too big. Had I known that min advance, never would've booked the place. DO NOT PARK HERE. I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. We arrived here for our flight and were told they were not taking any SUVs even though we made a reservation a month earlier. We had to scramble at the last minute to get a parking spot and pay $20 for Uber. They were adamant that our reservation didn't matter because it was booked through a third party. They never contacted us earlier to tell us they wouldn't accept our car. Almost missed our flight. They are a NIGHTMARE.
Do not believe the website or phone recording that says they are open 24 hours. They are not. Do not make a 4 am reservation (which they will happily accept) because they are not open at 4 a.m. The man who doesn't answer the phone might answer the door, but he'll insist they're closed, despite all of the above, and despite multiple passengers whose reservations state otherwise. I used the park to fly at Westchester and the employees were extremely rude and unhelpful, as well as aggressive, I would not recommend.
This place sucks!!! My family and I reserved to park our vehicle with this company in early January 2023 for our winter break trip in February but when we arrived the day of our trip to park our vehicle on February 19, we were informed by the manager and counter girl that our reservation had been cancelled.
