Wish there was zero stars- horrendous place. Waited 45 min for shuttle both ways. Confusing phone system with automated recording not linked to actual pickup- called back and they had no idea we were waiting. But that's the good part- a half tank of my gas was used (did they use the car to Uber??) and they stole all of my parking quarters. They literally took my car on a joy ride, using up a half a tank of gas, stole all the money from the door, charged a bunk last minute fee, and their automated system was broken leaving us freezing in the cold for half an hour. Absolutely terrible. Avoid. Or at least leave a secret recording device and sue their asses when they steal your vehicle for the weekend. Absolute trash.
Their website's claim of "1/2 the price the airport will charge" is misleading and false since their advertised fee of $17/day does not include charges that are not disclosed on their website such as a hidden fee of $4 for a fuel surcharge, a service fee of another $4, and a convenience fee that pushed the actual charge to almost $26/day. We have used this company at Westchester airport and did not have any issues. We used them this past weekend at LGA and it was a disaster. They don't give you the correct address on the email so if you enter it in Waze, it takes you about 2.5 miles away. The address that has East Elmhurst, NY does not get you there. So after going the wrong way and trying to find the correct location, (by the way don't bother calling at 5 am b/c no one answered), we finally arrived. 0 stars bunch of liers and irresponsible people. Will never used them again. I booked online 2 weeks before and when i arrive they said they have no space look somewhere else.
website says they are open 24/7 and In the description it says they will pick you up day or night 24 hours. claim ticket said nothing about if/when they close. We had a delayed flight and arrived at 12:15 AM. We clicked the link in the text we received saying to come get us as instructed and got a message that they were on the way. We waited and waited and then tried calling....no answer. Had to call for an Uber which was over $25. When we finally got to the parking facility all of the place was shut down. Would give ZERO stars if I could. Picked up our car & rode an hour into NJ to realize our car now has COCKROACHES!!! Was terrorized the rest of the way home after killing about 7. Had to painstakingly go thru each suitcase & every bag we brought home before we brought it into our house. We did notice our front windows were cracked when we first got into the car. In the description it says they will pick you up day or night 24 hours. We had a delayed flight and flew in at 12:00am. We received a text that they were on the way to get us. After 20 minutes we started calling. No answer. Had to call for an Uber. When we got to the parking facility all of their vans were locked up. The Uber driver informed us that this is a common thing. Beware if you are counting on getting picked up during non peak hours.
I'll keep it simple. Do not park here. Over a hour just to be picked up plus other issues.
