When we got back to the lot, our car was not there. They claimed that it was at the other lot behind 10 cars so we would have to wait. 2 hours later they could not find our car. They thought it might have been towed. They figured that out the next day going through security tapes. So until we got there they had no idea where our car was. I had used this vendor a couple of times and the service was ok. I was very disappointed last night as I returned from a trip and waited almost an hour for a pickup from Terminal 4, D4. During my repeated phone calls, the receptionist kept telling me that the driver was on his way. Of course, this was not true and the near hour wait was unacceptable. Had she'd been honest about the wait time, I would have waited inside of the terminal and not outside in the cold.
0 stars. We parked here Feb 16-22, 2024. When we returned our minivan's gas tank was completely empty (we had arrived with a full tank) and items were moved around in our vehicle. We were told to email the manager, Erick, which we did immediately. He responded 5 days later (after a 2nd email from us) saying he would look into it. Despite attempts to reach him again, we never heard anything. So we paid an additional $58 to park here and had the inconvenience of having to stop and get gas so we could get home. NEVER AGAIN!!! I already had three incident happening with this parking. The first one happened when they had me wait an 1hr to give me my car supposedly because the battery was dead( fyi my car was brand new). Second incident: they made me wait for the shuttle an 1hr at the JFK airport(daytime). Third incident: they made me wait for the shuttle again but this time was for an 1.5hr(nighttime). WARNINGI DO NOT recommend anyone to use this PurchasePark2Fly Long Term parking lot ! My family of 5 and I usually travel and leave our car parked at either JFK LT Parking or Smart Park and have NEVER experienced an issue. We decided to try this one for a change. This place blows, do not park here if you want to be on time. Rude ass people that you speak to on the phone (especially a young girl who worked the evening/night of 2/20/2024) and then they take forever to pick you up. I will never use these people again
Avoid this place! We were left out in the cold for 45 minutes waiting for their van. Not what you want after a long flight. Very difficult to get through to their office and when we did, we were told, repeatedly, that the van was just 5 minutes away. But the main reason to avoid this place was that my car reeked of marijuana when I finally got it back.
this company has unbelievable business practice. I made a reservation (also charged a fee) for 2/11/24 when I arrived at the location it was completely closed with a note taped on the window stating "full". i waited 20 minutes and no one appeared. as my boarding time approached I had to figure out an alternative with minutes to go! the ads say 24/7. the place was closed. so I parked in the actual airport lot because I had no choice or warning and it cost me four x the rate. when I called this company I was told they were ov... read more
