0 stars bunch of liers and irresponsible people. Will never used them again. I booked online 2 weeks before and when i arrive they said they have no space look somewhere else.
website says they are open 24/7 and In the description it says they will pick you up day or night 24 hours. claim ticket said nothing about if/when they close. We had a delayed flight and arrived at 12:15 AM. We clicked the link in the text we received saying to come get us as instructed and got a message that they were on the way. Would give ZERO stars if I could. Picked up our car & rode an hour into NJ to realize our car now has COCKROACHES!!! Was terrorized the rest of the way home after killing about 7. Had to painstakingly go thru each suitcase & every bag we brought home before we brought it into our house. We did notice our front windows were cracked when we first got into the car. In the description it says they will pick you up day or night 24 hours. We had a delayed flight and flew in at 12:00am. We received a text that they were on the way to get us. After 20 minutes we started calling. No answer. Had to call for an Uber. When we got to the parking facility all of their vans were locked up. The Uber driver informed us that this is a common thing. Beware if you are counting on getting picked up during non peak hours.
I'll keep it simple. Do not park here. Over a hour just to be picked up plus other issues.
Long wait at pickup. Little communication. Not friendly driver. Inside staff was pleasant.
I have used Purchase Park 2 Fly several times, but I will not be using them anymore. They do not take responsibility for damage to vehicles, so I recommend that folks avoid them. The last time I was there, in early May 2023, we found a dent in the side of the car when we returned, and the collision mitigation system was sending messages about failing. Legit morons working here. Called them to let them know I arrived, gave them my name. They need a ticket number. Gave them the only "number" they included in the confirmation email. SURPRISE! THEY SAID ITS THE WRONG NUMBER. Idiots
Parked in the Newark location for a week. The shuttle never stopped to pick me up so had to take a cab because I was trying to get home after a long travel day. Well, once I got here they told me that they lost my keys and waited for me to get off my 20 hour flight from Singapore to tell me.
