DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!! I’ve tried hooking this up for 4 days now. I’ve called customer service 3 times and they told me in order to use the printer I have to buy $70 drivers to install on my iPhone. Basically I paid $190 for a thermal printer for nothing.
