Love the machine, Not happy with the service (from Brother) This is my second purchase of this machine, while I love it, I would not have boughten it again if I hadn't just bought a case of 12 of the labels. Not worth it I bought this product with extremely high hopes back in May. I have tried and tried. I cannot get the damn thing to function properly. I have watched every YouTube video I can find as well as follow the instructions and it’s not user friendly at all. I will be selling this one and buying a Dymo.
This is NOT the wireless label printer This is advertised as the wireless label printer. When you google brother wireless label printer, this is the listing that is advertised. Moreover, there's pictures of the actual wireless printer on this listing. BUT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, this is NOT wireless
Incredibly Frustrating Couldn't even get it to work. Have to download drivers, which took forever, then running through the install process, said "could not configure automatically", but to configure manually, the option to select this printer is not available! After going round and round and trying a few things on my computer, I finally got it to install, but it took FOREVER. I am smart, but after 3 hours I give up Been a Mac guy, had many printers. Very easy.. however, this unit I just can't figure out. always saying paper size error. Read brothers troubleshoot over and over. I just can't get it to print. Even in the application as a test print, it always says paper error. I've got it set at 4x6 and 4.07 x 6.04. About to give up. Can’t print This printer is really bad!! Worst printer ever. Do not!! I repeat don’t spoil your hard earned money.
No tech support to have shipping labels for Ebay Stay away from this machine no tech support This is the waist of time and money it doesn't print the right size from Ebay and no one to help I will try again after days of trying and keep an update
