Impossible to change new rolls Buy zebra. Very hard to change new rolls of paper
WI-NOT? Not WIFI. Read b4 you buy! I assumed Mobile Printing meant just that. Wrong!! This is not a wireless device even though it offers mobile printing it still has to be connected to your phone via a USB!! How stupid and what is the point of that.sadly I have now waited beyond my 30-day window to return this and I'm now stuck with a printer I will most likely never use because I will be searching for a wireless unit. The information is very deceiving when it mentions mobile printing.
Nope Died after 1 month of use
Don't buy this items if you're not from US or country that use 120V 60Hz Hi Amazon team, This item only accepts 120V 60Hz, which might be suitable for another country. Kindly remove this item on Amazon for a country that doesn't use 120V 60Hz— FYI, the item listed on amazon.sg prime as Singapore use 220-240V. Thanks.
Terrible replacing rolls Ive had this for 3 months... used up all the rolls and it was a nightmare to replace the rolls and I couldnt get it to work again.... The product design to replace rolls is horrible. I would not buy it unless you wanna spend a few hours figuring out how to replace rolls.
This printer is nothing but trouble If i could leave zero stars I would. This printer is total garbage. I can’t return it because it is passed the return window. I’ve ordered 3 different sets of labels off amazon that say they are compatible with the printer model. But so far none have worked. Very dissatisfied as a whole.
NEVER BUY BROTHER PRODUCTS!!!! Bought this for my business. NO TECH SUPPORT. Absolutely NONE on the Weekends. During the week, good luck with getting a random country that reads troubleshooting prompts in broken English. Ask for tech dept > NOPE. Ask for supervisor > get a call back in @24 hours at their convenience. Meanwhile, this overpriced piece of junk will NOT WORK. Over TWO HOURS to get help to download and make the driver work. You cannot use any other label then brothers that’s a big issue It’s not worth it to buy this printer you cannot use any other printer label roll you have it use only brother label and it’s very expensive I would not recommend this since I’m doing e-commerce and I use a lot a label
Worked great while it did. I purchase this printer exactly 5 months ago, used it a handful of times, maybe a dozen. I turned it on a few days ago and printed 2 labels before it just died. I tried different outlets, etc. and nothing, won't even turn on. Very disappointed.
