Excellent once you configure the printer! Writing this in hopes it will help someone else, as I was unable to find this information when trying to set my printer up for the first time! The printer works great and will allow you to print shopping labels from 3rd party apps (e.g. Poshmark) directly from your phone. I WISH I COULD RETURN IT. I am on a Mac, running OS 10.10.5 and after months of spending time trying to get this machine working I am fed up with wasting time, I have a business to run. In short, if you want this to connect wirelessly, forget it. Need it to fit on the 4x6" label? Good luck. Does it work with Fedex? It might, if you want to go through a process of converting each label into a pdf, and then going backwards and printing it. Poshmark User Must Read! Ok, so normally I don’t write these so bare with me. I could not be more pleased with my new shipping label printer. I got tired of wasting packing tape, paper and printer ink on printing Poshmatk labels. I read the reviews and FAC’s and some people had challenges with getting it up and running. Forces you to use their EXPENSIVE special labels I returned this within 1 hour of opening it. You have to use their special proprietary labels that come on a cartridge piece to print labels. The cost of this labels is over 10 times a comparable label. If you are a business, do not buy this. Stick with Zebra.
Using it for poshmark, vinted, etc. What I like about this most is that I can print from my phone. There’s not many options for wireless shipping label printers so this is the next best option on the market. I wish i can just click print instead of having to use their app and crop the labels...that’s the only downfall of it I have so far. There should be better technology for these type of machines. It haven’t been updated for years it seems like.
Does not work as implied This printer makes things seem like you'll be able to just print from an iphone or ipad with no problem. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. The printer will only print from iPrint&Label. It's a ganky little app that SORT OF lets you design labels on iphone or ipad and then print them. Hate this Can not get it to work!!!!
Best Solution for the Money I have had the Dymo 4XL. It wasted paper and then stopped working after just a year. Then I purchased the Rollo, and while they had great customer service, the printer is of low quality, and the print is nearly unreadable even after trouble shooting. I thought after the Rollo, I was going to have to buy a Zebra ZD420, but then I noticed Brother had a newer model out. I looked at the specs, and it had THE BEST specs for the money. No one else but Zebra and other high end manufacturing label makers.... read more
Dos not work with an iPad Wireless No matter what I tired this printer would not show in Airprint. Not once. Called Brother, they had no idea what to do. Tried Amazon customer support, and they couldn't get it to work. Even tried eBay, and they don't even support printing on this printer. Don't believe the marketing hype...just walk away and look at something else.
