Not compatible with Chromebook After all me research.....I did not read anywhere that is was NOT Bluetooth compatible with iOS and chrome book. Also not WiFi compatible with chrome book. I was very disappointed when I learned that. I did hear that they are working on getting this fixed. And those were the main reasons I purchased this printer. I works great from my iPhone after I switch the WiFi to the printer every time I need to print a label.
Falsely advertised that it could print Amazon labels I tried everything to try and print Amazon return labels on this labeler but had no luck. Researched if there was software to download, changed the size to 4x6. I tried everything but nothing worked. If you're looking for a labeler to print shipping labels from Amazon, this is not the one to buy.
Not bad Actually I wrote original review but amazon did not showed...then realized all negative reviews will not show up here. But any way at first it's terrible to set up almost frustrating but once you got it set up it's nice. I can print from my phone all the shipping labels.
Require$ Proprietary Label Roll$ DO NOT BUY! I thought printer companies were only scamming customers with replacement ink cartridges, but Brother has taken the game to a new level. Aside from label rolls that are a good bit more expensive, it's a terrible choice environmentally. So wasteful to introduce a disposable plastic component for no reason but profit.
BE AWARE!!! this printer will only work with brother labels and nothing else. your UPS, FEDEX, USPS, TNT, DHL and any other courier labels will not work. you also cannot buy any other labels elsewhere as this printer needs a "special" mark on the back, otherwise it simply cannot read and will not print. see how much you print and do the math compared to any other brand/printer that can work with "any" label. i returned mine and found a much better deal.

Terrible. Needs driver for Mac OS I really wanted to like this printer - because my DYMO died and I needed one. Cons: For Mac OS users - please be aware you can only print info/images through their desktop app. There is no driver, therefore you cannot print normally through the computer. This was a major dealbreaker for me. You need to open, scale and crop each image in their software... basically just adding more time to what should be a simple task. Mac 10.15 users beware!! I have a new MacBook Pro 2019 model - I am good with computers and setting up things like this. I was able to get the basic printing to work from usb cord and from my phone. BUT I needed it Wi-fi on my MacBook and after an hour or trying - Brother told me that they do not currently have an update for newer computers on 10.15 and you can not even download P-Touch Editor (which I would need to adjust and print my Amazon FBA labels). So if you need wifi on laptop or P-touch editor, most likely you can't... read more
