demands original overpriced labels, wacky quite expensive, connectivity lacks, demands brand labels (can be tricked though). Would not buy again.
Piece Of Crap Almost a year old. sits on my desk and printed about 50 labels to date. Unit now is nonfunctional, just sitting there in the same spot with an error code. "Cover Open". but of course the cover is closed no one has touched it in a year.
Get ready to pay some serious $$$ for labels Love the printer - hate the labels. My cost to print a label with my Zebra Printer was around 1 cent per page. The Brother needs special labels that you can only buy from the Brother brand(no aftermarket label will work) at a cost of about 15 cents a label. At the amount we ship that would result in a cost of around $1200 a month for labels! Not feasible. Also, rather difficult WiFi set up.

Don’t waste your money I buy this product that stated it wireless printing and I still can’t print wireless contact customer set ice no hell at all.
Bluetooth does not work. Period.
DO NOT BUY if you use a MacOS device Although it does technically support Macs, it requires a ridiculous amount of extra steps and kludges to get even a single label to print. It DOES NOT support USPS shipping labels at all, it DOES NOT reliably print labels from PayPal and most of the time you'll have to import what you want to print into Adobe Photoshop, adjust the image by trial and error, then waste dozens of labels before you get a label you can use. Bluetooth does not work. Period.
Does NOT work with generic labels. Brother forces you to use their expensive Labels. Don't be fooled like me. After a couple hours on the phone with Brother's technical support, I have discovered the problem with this printer and why it stopped working. I ordered two of these and they both stopped working at the exact same time! This printer has a built-in sensor that can see when you are using after-market (generic) label rolls.
