DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!! Horrible printer. Could not get it to work on my desktop or notebook. Now I have to return it
No A to B Cable included in the box I did not receive an A to B USB cable with this printer. How should I connect this label maker to my computer ????

Upgrade to the 810 Didn't work
Not intuitive to use - lack of instruction It's a simple product that is very hard to work out how to use. There is no documentation, just a sheet of paper that shows you all the parts you should have. I downloaded the driver and got that installed, no problem. But I didn't get any message about downloading the software for actually creating a label. I assumed it would work with Word, but no it doesn't you need the PTouch software for that. Poor quality and difficult to deal with Would not print and not to brag but I can make anything digital work with just about anything else digital. I have 30 years networking experience and this printer gave me 3 hours of frustration. By a Dymo like my brother suggested to me and he sells imaging equipment. To bad I am stubborn and didn't listen to the expert
Difficult to install We use MacBook Pro. Had to hire help both in Arizona and Illinois to install the printer. Need better instructions for old people trying to install. works fine after installation.
