Rachel was the worst provider I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to visit. She was not interested in my concerns or my needs! She did not address my medical situation or needs. She was into herself! She was concerned with what she wanted! Rachel should not be a provider! It is unfair for the patient. I was absolutely frantic and the receptionist on Friday and Rachel’s intervention as soon as she heard was lifesaving. I was extremely frustrated with not being able to speak to a provider in the midst of our crisis. Dave is post-op glioblastoma and we weren’t able to get through to the neurosurgeon for a refill of his seizure meds. He had to go without for the entire weekend.
