Excellent and timely service I had a problem with my A/C on a Saturday. A very knowledgeable and courteous rep (Ray) was sent to my home almost immediately, he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away.

Satisfied customer For the last 5 years, my AC maintenance had been done from another company. I was not disappointed in their service, but the yearly maintenance fee was getting too expensive. I tried Schmidt through the $79 coupon and figured why not. I was extremely satisfied with the technician’s thoroughness and explanations.
