I am very satisfied with the job! First, I felt a bit overwhelmed/stressed going through the process. Plus, having to rush home twice from work to meet my window for service. Excellent Service It was good to see professional service at work. The technician, Richard, showed up on time. He fixed the problem and explained it afterwards. He also waited a few minutes extra to make sure the unit stayed on. I recommend them and I will definitely call them for any future needs.

Thorough professional service My unit was serviced by Eric Banda on 1/29/2018. He explained what the service would entail and I observed and ask questions while he worked on the unit. Both sections of the unit was thoroughly serviced. Filters were cleaned, the outside portion of the unit was washed and a check was conducted to ensure proper operation. I was satisfied with the service and the professional manner in which it was provided and will use your company for future service.
