We were very pleased with Richard's service. The young man, Richard, who came to service our Trane Units for the Spring was very courteous, professional and very neat. I appreciated that he took care to lay down a mat before bringing down the ladder to our attic so that it would not damage the hardwood floor. This is our first experience with Schmidt Mechanical and I would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Very thorough! Had 2 different techs out to work on my AC system, both were very friendly and informative. Due to weather and other issues, it took a few tries to get it going, but they were very quick to get out here and fix the issues each time. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend!
