Worked long and hard the frst day but c ould not resolve the problem. The next day a new one was tried but it did not work. They will be back Wed with a tech representing the mfg.

The service has always been outstanding (3+ years) We like that the company is prompt in setting up the appointment for semiannual services and that we know exactly who the technician is. Eric arrived on time and performed all the checks required and installed new parts as necessary. He was very professional and provided additional suggestion to ensure equipment functionality.

The technician was competent and thorough. I was briefed on what was checked and given an overall appraisal of my home's HVAC system. Information on Schmidt"s one year maintenance agreement was explained in detail and I am considering the use of this service.
